Privacy policy

What this site collects, why, and your rights. Last updated October 12, 2026.

1. Controller

Charles Bébin EI (BebinC Software), SIREN 130 960 404, 10 rue Proust, 31120 Roquettes, France, reachable at contact@bebinc.com. This policy is written to meet the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

2. What is collected

  • The contact form: the name, email address and message you send, used only to answer you.
  • Audience measurement with Vercel Web Analytics, which sets no cookie and does not identify visitors.
  • Audience measurement with Google Analytics, only if you accept it in the cookie banner (see the cookie page).
  • Technical data (IP address, request metadata) processed by the host for security.

3. Why, and on what basis

  • Answering your messages (legitimate interests, art. 6(1)(f), or steps at your request).
  • Understanding how the site is used, with Google Analytics (your consent, art. 6(1)(a)) and Vercel Web Analytics (legitimate interests).
  • Keeping the site secure (legitimate interests).

4. Who receives it

  • Vercel: hosting and cookie-free analytics.
  • Sentry: error reports, to find and fix a failure of the site (the error and the page, never your name, e-mail address or IP address), stored in Germany.
  • Resend: sending the contact form to the mailbox.
  • Cloudflare: forwarding e-mails sent to contact@bebinc.com to my mailbox.
  • Google: my mailbox (Gmail), which receives the messages, and Google Analytics, only after consent.

These providers may process data outside the European Economic Area, notably in the United States, under Standard Contractual Clauses or the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.

5. How long

  • Messages: kept as long as needed to answer and follow up, then deleted.
  • Google Analytics: data is kept for the period set in the account (14 months at most).
  • Your consent choice: stored on your device for 6 months.

6. Your rights

You can ask for access, rectification, erasure, restriction or portability of your data, object to processing, withdraw your consent at any time (Cookie settings in the footer), and complain to your data protection authority (in France, the CNIL). Write to contact@bebinc.com; I answer within 30 days.
